Low Fat Raw Vegan Chili
Ingredients:
- 1-2 large tomatoes
- 3 med. sized carrots
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1/2 white onion
- 1 inch piece of minced ginger
- 4-6 dates
- 1/4 cup dulse
- 1 fresh sage leaf
- 1 sprig oregano
- 4-6 fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 tbs cumin
- 1/2 tbs paprika
- 1/2 lime juiced
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse to desired consistency.
Optional ingredients include garlic, soaked almonds, and raw olives.
