Ingredients:
- Untoasted Nori Sheets
- Alfalfa Spouts
- Avocado diced
- Cucumber diced into strips
- Sundried Tomatoes diced
- Tomato Hummus
Tomato Hummus
Soak raw chickpeas for 12 hours, change the water and soak for a further 12 hours. Place chickpeas in food processor and process with chopped garlic, fresh tomatoes and sundried tomatoes until thick and chunky.Place sheet of nori flat on a kitchen surface and then add raw hummus, alfalfa sprouts, avocado, cucumber and sundried tomato in a horizontal strip reaching from one end to the other.
Roll the nori sheet into a tube, dip your finger in water and wet the edge of the nori sheet which will allow it to stick closed.
