Dark Chocolate and Peanut Butter Cookies
- 1 cup of natural peanut butter
-1/2 cup of brown sugar
-1/2 cup of plain flour
-1 tsp of baking soda
-70-100g of dark chocolate (chopped into tiny chunks)
-1 tsp of egg replacer & 2 tsp water combined
-A couple dashes of soy milk as needed
Pre-heat oven to 200. Throw all the ingredients together in a bowl. Once combined, stir in the dark chocolate and roll into teaspoon sized balls. Place on baking tray and press the tops of cookies lightly with a fork. Bake for 8-10 mins.
These cookies are great because they’re not overly sweet. They are quite crumbly though, so if you prefer your cookies with a bit more bite, just halve the flour content and up the sugar.
