Do you eat plenty of vitamin c? It helps absorb iron. A lot of people lacking in iron are eating enough but not absorbing it according to my bio medical degreed, smart girlfriend. My nutritionist told me to eat 2 kiwifruits a day for breakfast to help my iron.

Hey! I do but I’ll post your ask for everyone to see because you speak the truths. Because I’ve been eating raw I eat like, 20 times the RDI for vitamin C. Unfortunately I have a pancreatic problem and don’t absorb nutrients as well as most people. Thus the need to stick it straight into my veinnsss. <3
